Sometimes life just doesn't seem to let up. There is this ideal life that we struggle and survive to get to only for the feeling of achievement to be fleeting, and the next problem seems around the corner from the next one.

 

Even though we know we'll get through it, we don't know how. What we do know is that we can't keep feeling the way we have been feeling and carrying the load the way we've been carrying it. 

 

I've designed 3 ways that gives each person a pathway to their personal needs, whether it's an immediate need for support, or a more individualized plan with coaching, or growing in a group.
